You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

- Ensuring your account activity complies with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

You agree not to:

- Attempt unauthorized access to any system

- Interfere with service operations

- Upload malicious code

- Misuse AI agents or automated tools

- Violate applicable laws or regulations

All content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by the Cyber Dojo Alliance or its partners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without permission.

Our AI agents assist with:

- Navigation

- Support

- Training guidance

- Modernization inquiries

- Partner workflows

- Investor insights

AI agents:

- Do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice

- May route you to human support when needed

- Must be used responsibly

HSOC Cyber and Synaptech Services operate independently within the Alliance. Their services may be subject to additional terms.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

- Uninterrupted service

- Error-free operation

- Complete security against all threats

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Alliance is not liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages

- Loss of data

- Service interruptions

- Unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate access for:

- Violations of these Terms

- Security risks

- Misuse of services or AI agents

You may stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
